Change of command... Two soldiers..

God our Father, you are the creator of the heavens and the earth. We come before you today and ask for a blessing upon (unit).
I pray that you bless the time CPT X has spent with this company…that you multiply the fruits of his leadership. I pray that you keep your hand upon him as you lead him to his next endeavors.
I ask that you would bless CPT Y as he assumes leadership of this Unit.  Please place your hand upon him and his leadership. I pray that you guard the hearts and minds of these leaders.
I ask that you bless these leaders as you bless the Soldiers that they lead.
